Super duty roller mounted on a 2-part spring loaded bracket. This is US military surplus. Our all wise and knowing Uncle Sam paid $1200 a piece for these, and I am selling for only $30 each or 4 for $100. I currently have over 100 for sale new in box. I am not sure what they were meant for, but they could be used for many things, just let your imagination run wild.
