This is an unbranded electric over hydraulic drum dolly. I do not know the capacity but I assume it was designed to pickup a full 55 gallon drum. It gas a onboard battery charger to keep the 12 volt battery charged when not in use. It also has a corded control box. this dooly could possibly be modified to perform other heavy lifting tasks I suppose. Other dollies like this one online sell for close to $3000 but we are asking only $450
